BLT for Dieters
Serves 1
Thomas Plain Bagel Thin with 1 wedge of Laughing Cow cheese
2 cups of green leaf lettuce
1 Tablespoon slivered almonds
1-2 Tablespoons craisins
1-2 Tablespoons low-fat balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
1.5 cups Campbell’s low-sodium tomato soup
Toast bagel and spread with cheese. Toss lettuce, craisins and almonds with dressing. Heat soup in microwave. Enjoy.
