Yep, that’s what I’m doing right this very minute. This means I have no running events to report. In fact, I could end this post here, but since I am very, very good at procrastinating, I’ll keep going. So it turns out my NaNoWriMo story‘s probably not going to be a mystery.
You’re about to learn why I have not written a book. It’s called focus. I lack it.
Yesterday, I had a lot of mindless-type tasks to complete at work and that meant my brain was spinning itself out of control thinking about the book, and dreaming up different plots and problems and personas for my main character. That’s why I said I started over. ‘Cause I did.
But then by this morning, I was ready to put all that clutter from yesterday in a shiny new Rubbermaid bin and shelve it. I’m back on track.
Running will be back by tomorrow, too. Yay!

Hey Kerry – I'm the queen of procrastinating! It's what I'm doing this very minute reading your fine blog! Procrastinating sleep, because I know when I wake up I have to write ALL DAY because I've spent a year procrastinating! Just letting you know: you have a buddy happily waiting to board a train at Procrastination Station 🙂
