Today’s report: My feet and thighs hurt like the dickens, and I ate waaaay too much food. I even topped the day off with a ginormous slice of Apple Cider Pie and a scoop of vanilla.
I lost a pound last week per my weigh-in Sunday morning (pre-race), but I bet I gained it all back today judging by the amount of stomach pushing against the button on my new pair of size 10 Calvin Klein jeans. Yes, size 10. Down from a 16 in July. I haven’t really mentioned it because I’m afraid I’ll jinx it and go up a size. If I keep eating like I did today, I will. (But I’m feeling brave because of TMB‘s post here.)
Anyway, I’m still recovering from my first half marathon and writing the race recap, which by the way, took longer than the race itself.
If you missed it, read it HERE.
Okay, off to bed. Back to the regularly scheduled work week tomorrow.

Love the new profile pic!Your story just gets more amazing. A size 16 in July to a size 10 now? Not to mention that you could only run for 20 minutes back then as well…Too bad nobody's given you a medal for your weight loss, because that one you could also wear with pride. But I suppose new clothes are just as good if not better than a medal 🙂
OH MY GOSHHHH! A size 10!!! Kerrie! I would shout it from the rooftops! LOL Way to go!!!!
Looks like your A Star Star has gotten much smaller too! Here's to a size 10! I'm happy to have motivated you to put it out there! Happy Recovery!
