I know, I know. I’m writing about running shorts again.
But I just could not wear hot black capris to run today. It was too hot. Too hot because we didn’t go until almost 4. It was 90+ out there, but we had a busy morning.
Surprisingly, the shorty shorts weren’t as annoying as yesterday. That could be because I kept doing one of those awkward side-step-and-still-jog moves to adjust them. Toward the end of my 3-miler (46 minutes), I was feeling a litte…chafed.
If other runners’ thighs rub, what do they do about it? Baby powder? Some kind of oil? Wear capris? Help!

It may sound gross, but a little bit of vaseline helps.
Body Glide, seriously for all sorts of chafing, nothing better!
