I had a meltdown this morning.
Luckily, I have great friends and family to cheer me up on Facebook. I feel better now.
So, I remembered to actually track what I ate today with Weight Watchers Online, and I can see that I didn’t do as great as I thought I did. And, I didn’t write down my food last week, so that could very well be why I gained three pounds.
As far as training goes, on the schedule for today was a 30-minute walk. T Junior and I toured the neighborhood and then topped it off with a trip to the park nearby. We’ll be at a park tomorrow, too, after running with a friend, who will also be pushing her one-year-old son in a BOB.
This is the friend who has convinced me to enter some upcoming races that I’m getting really excited about. I’m just about 99% sure I will be doing the Seattle Half, and I’m stoked about the 10k at Issaquah Salmon Days in October.
I love that my first races will be in the fall. It’s my favorite time of year.
