First day of the new sked. Here’s what today’s training was like:
Strength and stretching, hold the stretching.
- 24 push ups
- 36 rowing lifts using 14.5-ounce can of Safeway brand diced tomatoes in green chilies
- 36 overhead lifts using 14.5-ounce can of Safeway brand diced tomatoes in green chilies
- 36 curls per arm using 14.5-ounce can of Safeway brand diced tomatoes in green chilies
- 24 lunges
- 60 crunches on my aqua Gymnastik Ball
Sadly, I didn’t get to the stretching.
