Day 45: What Do Diced Tomatoes Have to Do with Marathon Training?

First day of the new sked. Here’s what today’s training was like:

Strength and stretching, hold the stretching.

  • 24 push ups
  • 36 rowing lifts using 14.5-ounce can of Safeway brand diced tomatoes in green chilies
  • 36 overhead lifts using 14.5-ounce can of Safeway brand diced tomatoes in green chilies
  • 36 curls per arm using 14.5-ounce can of Safeway brand diced tomatoes in green chilies
  • 24 lunges
  • 60 crunches on my aqua Gymnastik Ball

Sadly, I didn’t get to the stretching.
