First Post-Injury Run

September 10, 2010 · general

Just a quick update: First run post-injury was successful…so far no shin pain. I had/have a pounding headache, though. I jogged 60-seconds, walked 90-seconds for 20 minutes and a total of 1.55 miles after a 5-minute warm up (.35 miles). Afterward, I did a fast core workout. Feels good to be back!

Yay for your first run!! Glad it was pain free. We're on the same schedule apparently, today was my first day back at the gym. I'm with you… it's good to be back! Hope you can ditch the headache fast.
