After my first (and only) marathon (Seattle Rock ‘N’ Roll) in 2011 with my awesome husband and our son, who was 3.
I want to run.
I want to write.
I don’t want to run.
I want to run tomorrow.
But when will I write?
I want to run another marathon.
But when will I run?

Stumbled upon your blog when doing some searches for women runners. I am 47 years old and didn’t start running until just 4 years ago! Thought I’d do a 5K and cross it off my bucket list and be done with it all. But no! I got addicted to the thrill and accomplishment of running. I too run for 5 minutes and then walk a minute. Wouldn’t have it any other way. This past April I completed my first marathon. I’ll probably do another one, but not in the near future. 🙂 I’m also in the process of writing a book. Hope your venture goes well as you attempt to reach this goal too! God Bless!
