Yesterday, I didn’t:
-Run my 4-mile progression run.
-Drink enough water.
-Eat right.
But, I did:
-Rest my left shin, which was feeling…weird on Wednesday night.
-Figure out what I will wear for See Jane on Sunday.
-Have a margarita.
-Get T Junior in Pull-Ups.
Today, I will:
-Run my 4-mile progression run.
-Drink water all freaking day.
-Eat well (even if we end up going to Claim Jumper’s for dinner).
-Set out my stuff for See Jane Run Half.
Tomorrow, I’ll be:
-Drinking more water.
-In Sequim for the Lavender Festival with the whole fam!
-At the expo for the See Jane Run Half.
-At Il Fornaio, carb-loading with my friends.
Sunday, I get to:
-Run 13.1!

I didn't drink enough water either. Today is my distance day and I need to go fill my water bottle right now! 🙂
Nice work! This came at the right time for me. I've been sick, and had knee problems, so I rested most of this week. It feels terrible, but I think I'll make a list of what I'll do in the next few days to make up for it, so I feel better. I just picked out my outfit for See Jane Run, I'll be wearing a bright pink tank, a real change from the all black I usually wear. Good job getting T Junior in pull-ups!
