It doesn’t take long.
I’m already seeing results from Chelsea’s Abs, Arms, Legs Challenge (HERE). I’m a little behind in what I wanted for a weekly goal, but I’ll be adding some extras in this week. (I intended do some tonight, but I had to get some work done from home this evening. However, I did a nice little 30-minute run during my lunch hour today and then played pickleball afterward.)
But the extra abs, arms and legs exercises are definitely helping me. I feel stronger and my jeans are already fitting better after a week — and not even a full week, I sorta started small and then realized I needed to do more halfway into it. The goal is 1,800 of each by Jan. 4.
Here’s where I stand after a week:
Squats: 220
Lunges: 270
Abs: 280
Arms: 220
