The change I have noticed the MOST about you since I have know you.. Which I will have to look back to see what day we met?? Is that you have gained CONFIDENCE!! You believe in yourself, you know that your actions have direct impact and you INSPIRE others.. I love it!! Congrats my friend..

thats enough motivation right there- I love how exercise can transform people both on the outside (from your photos) and on the inside based upon what your friends mentioned in their commments. Congratulations!

You look great! Not that you didn't look great before, but you look so fit! This is something I needed right now. I am struggling with my weight, and my running is suffering because of it. I hadn't thought about where I will be in 2 years if I keep running and racing. Thanks for reminding me to take the long view. I'm not sure what I need to get my eating under control, but you definitely gave me food for thought. No pun intended…

What a transformation! I love the outer changes — but I am sure the inner changes are even more outstanding and important!! You should be so proud of yourself 🙂
