Am I the only one who wants to dip her toes into the barefoot running trend?

I really do. I’ve been wanting to try it since I read Christopher McDougall’s Born to Run. But I’m sort of a wimp about it. I want to try barefoot running, but I’m not quite ready to go all out skin to asphalt. Besides it’s still cold here in Seattle, which you probably know because I keep whining about it.

I visited Merrell's website, my favorite pair are the pure glove, even tryed them on in REI. But they are a little pricey. I do agree with you though, I'm totally into the barefoot running trend, I wear Saucony Kinvara's right now for running, and I love walking around in my Vibram fivefingers!

I would SO LOVE to win the Merrell's! I've been wanting to try these kind of shoes for 6 months, but my shoe budget is all gone 🙂 I did move to Saucony Kinvara this spring, and I LOVE them…I'm working my way up to a real minimalist shoe.The merrells are so cool, I love that they have 0mm drop, making you feel close to the ground and letting you feel the ground beneath you. These would be a great tool for my marathon training!
