Wordless Wednesday: Will I Pass or Fail?

UPDATE: PASSED – post to come later…

On the schedule today: 5 miles, 2 at a comfortable pace and 3 1-mile repeats at an 8-8:15 pace. I will post later and let you know if I passed with flying colors or failed with a big, fat F.

Woo hoo!! Sounds like a fun run. Really you've got nothing to lose. If you do it, great!! If you fall short, you will have something to work on.

woo hoo! Congrats on the “pass” ;). And to answer your question my blog – I don't think we HAVE to have a head lamp, but they suggested bringing extras. You can def use mine as long as i'm not using it! haha.
