Day 144: Not As Planned

Today, I did not get to cross running off my list.

T Junior is still sick, so I stayed home to care for him. I thought maybe I would take him for a jog this afternoon, but it is freezing out there! Yes, I would put the rain shield up and, yes, I would bundle up my little guy, but with him having a cold and it being in the low 20s here, I decided that running outside would not be good for him…or me.

He seems better this evening after a particularly good nap. Less snotty, even. Tomorrow, I’m hoping things are back to normal. And I also hope it warms up for my lunch-hour run.
