Day 86: Starting Over

I feel a little bit better today. I didn’t run, but Mr. T and I took T Junior for a walk around the neighborhood. I made Mr. T do his impression of how AJ walks…walked, he stuck out and wagged his behind while trotting in a wide stance. AJ walked like he’s the coolest dog ever, which is pretty true.

Tomorrow, I will start over on my running routine. I will lay out clothes in the bathroom tonight, and when I walk past AJ’s crate in the morning, I will try not to cry (like this morning). I’m looking forward to really putting my new shirt to the test because it’s going to be cold outside. I’m also hoping I can concentrate more on the running than on the sadness.
